The Wyschejschaja Liha 1995 was the fifth season of the highest Belarusian league in men's football . It began on July 10, 1995 and ended on November 6, 1995.

The Belarusian Football Association decided to hold the following season again within one calendar year. Therefore, this championship was held as a transition season. It was also the first season under the three-point rule .

The 16 teams only competed against each other once. At the end of the season, the bottom of the table was relegated directly to Perschaja Liha , the penultimate went into relegation .
