Besart Ibraimi ( Macedonian Бесарт Ибраими ; born December 17, 1986 in Kičevo , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a North Macedonian football player who has been under contract with KF Shkëndija since 2015 .
Career
society
Ibraimi played from July 2006 first for KF Vlazrimi in his hometown of Kičevo. In 2007 he moved to local rivals FK Napredok . He made his breakthrough with the up-and-coming club FK Renova Džepčište from the Tetovo region , whose colors he wore from summer 2008. With 13 goals in 26 games, the two-footed striker was instrumental in ensuring that his club reached third place in the Prva League in the 2008/2009 season . In the following season Renova competed in the qualification of the Europa League at the Belarusian representative FK Dinamo Minsk . Thanks to a goal from Ibraimi, the Macedonians led 1-0 for a long time in Minsk, but gave the game 2-1 out of hand. In the second leg, Ibraimi again took the lead for Renova, but after the 1-1 final result, the club were eliminated.
In the 2009/10 season Ibraimi was in 16 of the 18 league games of his club until the turn of the year, scoring twelve goals. In January 2010 Ibraimi was transferred to FC Schalke 04, where he signed a contract until June 2013.
In January 2011 Ibraimi switched to the Ukrainian association PFK Sevastopol , where he signed a contract until mid-2014. In the second half 2011 the Premjer-Liha he came eleven times used and scored three goals, was the descent into Perscha Liha not prevent.
In July 2011 Ibraimi was signed on loan from first division club Tawrija Simferopol . After only two short assignments, however, the loan contract was terminated early at the end of August and he returned to PFK Sevastopol. There he became a regular player.
National team
He made his debut for the national team on September 5, 2009 in the World Cup qualifier in Scotland . He made seven international matches by mid-2010, but has not yet scored a goal for his home country.
