The Divizia Națională 1998/99 was the eighth season of the Moldovan top division in men's football . Master was for the seventh time Zimbru Chișinău . The season began on July 11, 1998 and ended on June 13, 1999. From mid-November 1998 to early April 1999, the game was closed ( winter break ).
