The Sheriff Stadium ( Russian Спорткомплекс "Шериф" ) is a football stadium in the Moldovan city ​​of Tiraspol , Republic of Transnistria , which is part of the Sheriff sports complex including a football hall with 3,500 seats, a small stadium with 8,000 seats, a hotel (which is not yet completed, As of February 2013), shopping center, soccer school, eight training grounds, tennis courts, sports hall and lots of parking lots. It has a size of 40 hectares. From spring 2013 a swimming pool with a 50 m pool and a medical center will be added. The owner is the local conglomerate " Sheriff ", which supported this project financially. The Moldovan football club Sheriff Tiraspol plays its home games in this stadium. There is also a sports academy for young soccer players. Currently approx. 450 young players in the academy.

Construction began in August 2000 and was completed in July 2002. The stadium has four individual, covered grandstands and offers 13,000 folding seats for the spectators. The floodlight system can be set to four power levels (400, 800, 1,200 and 1,600 lux ). The playing field consists of natural turf , has a drainage system , an automatic irrigation system and turf heating . A 40-square-meter digital display board is installed under the roof of the rear grandstand in the north.

Well-known personalities of football, such as Hans Krankl , the coach of the Austrian national team at the time, the then President of the Scottish Football Association Willie McDougall and FIFA boss Sepp Blatter praised the sports complex.

The British broadcaster BBC broadcast a program on the sports complex.
