The 2010/11 Druga Crnogorska Liga was the fifth season of the second highest Montenegrin football league. The season started on August 15, 2010 and ended on May 28, 2011.

The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had an additional six home games, the teams in the lower six places had five home games.
The first in the table rose directly to the Prva Crnogorska Liga 2011/12 , while the second and third were promoted through the relegation games. The last two placed had to relegate to the Treća Crnogorska Liga .
