The 2017/18 Druga Crnogorska Liga was the twelfth season of the second highest Montenegrin football league. The season started on August 13, 2017 and ended on May 26, 2018.

The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had an additional six home games, the teams in the lower six places had five home games.

The first in the table moves up directly to the Prva Crnogorska Liga , while the second and third can move up via relegation. In order to reduce the league to ten clubs for the following season, the last three teams relegated to the Treća Crnogorska League this season .
