The 2006/07 Druga Crnogorska Liga was the first season of the second highest Montenegrin football league. The season began on August 13, 2006 and ended on May 27, 2007.

The twelve teams competed against each other in three rounds, so that 33 match days had to be completed. The teams that finished in the first six places after 22 games had an additional six home games, the teams in the lower six places had five home games.
The first in the table rose directly to the Prva Crnogorska Liga 2007/08 , while the second and third could rise through the relegation games. The last two placed had to relegate to the Treća Crnogorska Liga .
