The building, registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located west of the historic Quedlinburg old town, north of the Münzenberg on a hillside. It extends on the north side of Zwergkuhle street.
Architecture and history
The elongated building was built in the 1920s in the so-called Heimatstil . The two-storey building is horizontally divided into two areas through the use of different materials. The building is covered by a mansard roof . The house is divided into several gabled houses.
