Zygmunt Konieczny

Zygmunt Konieczny (born January 3, 1937 in Krakow ) is a Polish composer .

Konieczny studied at the Kraków Music Academy and presented his first compositions in the Kraków Cabaret Piwnica pod baranami in the late 1950s . Here he met the singer Ewa Demarczyk in the early 1960s , for whom he then composed some of her greatest successes. Konieczny is also a busy composer of theater and film music . He was awarded the Polish Film Prize three times .
