Renata Mauro

Renata Mauro (aka Renata Maraolo , born May 17, 1934 in Milan , † March 28, 2009 in Biella ) was an Italian singer , television presenter and actress .

From the mid-1950s she worked as an actress in Italian film productions. In the 1960s, two handfuls of her singles appeared in the Schlager / Jazz area. In 1965 she moderated the Gran Premio Eurovisione della Canzone in Naples , and in 1967 also the Sanremo Festival alongside Mike Bongiorno . From 1967 to 1970 she hosted the Italian programs of Games Without Borders .
