Anne Reinking (born November 10, 1949 in Seattle, Washington) was a Fosse-influenced choreographer and star of the musical Chicago.

Reinking danced in Bob Fosse musicals of the 1970s and moved from the chorus in Pippin to the lead in Chicago (where she replaced Fosse's wife Gwen Verdon).

Reinking had a love affair with Fosse, and played his lover in Fosse's semi-autobiographical movie All That Jazz.
