Delaware (also known as Delaware Station) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Knowlton Township in Warren County, New Jersey, United States, United States, that was created as part of the 2010 United States Census.[7][8][9] As of the 2010 Census, the CDP's population was 150.[3] The area is served as United States Postal Service ZIP code 07833.[4]

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 0.410 square miles (1.063 km2), including 0.380 square miles (0.985 km2) of land and 0.030 square miles (0.078 km2) of water (7.38%).[2][10]
