Sandra Christina McCoy (born August 14, 1979) is an American actress who is best known for her role in the 2005 thriller Cry_Wolf.
Early life
McCoy was born to a Filipino/Irish family, and raised in San Jose, California. She started training in gymnastics and dance at the age of eight, and was on her high school cheerleading squad, as well as soccer and diving teams. Her parents and younger brother passed away in 1993 in an airplane accident. McCoy was not on that plane and she was left as the only survivor in her family.[1] McCoy received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
Career
McCoy moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Hollywood after graduating college. Her big break into the business was the lead role in the 'N Sync "Pop" music video. She has had many small film roles as an actress and dancer, and also starred in several national commercials. She was a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2002–2003 season.
