Udo Von Woyrsch (1895 – 1983) was the SS and Police Leader in Elbe, in 1934 Von Woyrsch participated in the Night of the Long Knives, Von Woyrsch order the execution of his SS rival Emil Sembach.

Commanded Einsatz Gruppen in Poland in 1939, whose brutal actions attracted criticism from army generals. Close friendship with Himmler and Heydrich. Arrested after the war was not tried due to ill health.
