Apollo Records has been the name of at least four different record labels, the first three based in the United States of America.
The earliest Apollo Records was a short lived subsidiary of Rialto Records in about 1921.
The second Apollo Records was a Pathe Records subsidiary briefly issuing records around 1928.
The third and best known Apollo Records was was an independent label in business from 1944 until about the early 1950s.
A fourth Apollo Records is an Ambient subdivision of R&S Records of Belgium. They are best known for releasing the electronic masterpiece, Selected Ambient Works 85-92 by Aphex Twin.
