Anmitsu Hime (あんみつ 姫, meaning Princess Anmitsu or Sugar Princess) is an anime and manga series by Shosuke Kurarane.

The anime, made by Studio Pierrot, aired on Fuji TV from October 5, 1986 to September 27, 1987 for a 51-episode run.

The series is about a tomboy princess living in the Edo Period.

A Sega Master System video game based on the series was released in North America as Alex Kidd in High Tech World, with Anmitsu Hime characters replaced with Alex Kidd characters.
