Naigani (pronounced [naiˈŋani]) is an island[1] in Fiji's Tailevu Province, eight kilometers north-west of Ovalau. It is also about 10 kilometers from Tailevu Point on the main island of Viti Levu.[2] It has a land area of 1.9 square kilometres (0.73 sq mi).[2]

There is a single small coastal village named Navitilevu, where around 50 people live in 17 households.[2][1] Naigani Island Resort is located on the island.[3]
