Ulisses Morais (born November 22 1958 in Covilhã, Portugal) is a Portuguese football (soccer) manager.

Morais started his managerial career at the age of 36 with Naval, then a lower league minnow. He successfully moved on to Dragões Sandinenses, AD Machico and Estoril Praia, all in the lower leagues of Portuguese football. However during his three season spell at Estoril, Morais managed to lead the team through the ranks of semi-professional football to the Superliga, before moving on to Gil Vicente FC, with whom were relegated to the Liga de Honra under his charge. Morais came into management of top-flight Marítimo towards the end of the 2005/06 season, where he is still currently the head coach.
