Adam Moss

Adam Moss is American newspaper and magazine editor. He is currently the editor-in-chief of New York Magazine. Under Moss, New York Magazine has been recognized for excellence, winning five National Magazine Awards in 2007, beating out the New Yorker. One award was in the Profile Writing category for Vanessa Grigoriadis's piece on fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. Previously Moss worked at The New York Times, overseeing the New York Times Magazine. He also served as assistant managing editor for features at the Times, overseeing the Culture and Style sections.

Moss lives in New York City with his partner Daniel Kaizer , and is a 1979 graduate of Oberlin College.
