The Chhattisgarh High Court is one of the newest High Court in India. It was established in 2000-11-01 after the Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000 was passed. It has jurisdiction over the state of Chhattisgarh .

The court is headquartered in Bilaspur. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 8.
