Jany Holt (13 May 1905, Bucharest - 26 October 2005, in Paris) was a Romania born French actress.

She appeared in the 1931 silent film Coeur fidèle, directed by Jean Epstein.

Holt starred in 48 films and television between 1931 and 1995.
