North Nazimabad s one of the neighborhoods of North Nazimabad Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

Nazimabad (Urdu: ناظم آباد) is a suburb of Karachi (Urdu: كراچى) which was developed in early 1950s to settle Muslim refugees in Pakistan (Urdu: پاکستان). This suburb was named after Khawaja Nazimuddin (Urdu: خواجہ ناظم الدین) who was the second Governor-General of Pakistan, and later the second Prime Minister of Pakistan as well. In late 1950s, the northern extension of Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, was developed as a residential area for federal government employees. But in early 1960s the capital of Pakistan was transferred from Karachi to newly developed capital Islamabad (Urdu: ‏اسلام آباد).

There are several ethnic groups in North Nazimabad Town including Urdu speakers, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochs, Memons, Bohras, Ismailis. Over 99% of the population is Muslim. The population of North Nazimabad Town is estimated to be nearly one million.
