Abraham Everardus "Biem" Dudok van Heel (June 20, 1914, Amsterdam) was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country as at the 1948 Summer Olympics in Torbay. Biem, as crew member, with fellow crew member Wim van Duyl, on the Dutch Dragon Joy, took the 8th place with helmsman Kees Jonker.

Biem is the brother of Michiel Dudok van Heel.
