Tim Ramholt (born November 2, 1984 in Zurich, Switzerland) is a professional ice hockey player for the Quad City Flames of the American Hockey League. He was a 2nd round draft pick of the Calgary Flames, taken 39th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

Ramholt earned his first callup to the NHL on November 28, 2007 after starting the 2007-08 season in Quad City. Ramholt made his NHL debut the following night against the Anaheim Ducks before being returned to the AHL. Previously, Ramholt spent two seasons playing in his native Switzerland.
