Ken McKenzie (Born - August 19, 1923 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Died - April 9, 2003)^[1] was a journalist, and the co-founder and longtime president and publisher of The Hockey News magazine.^[2] McKenzie was honored in 1997, as a recipient of the Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award, gaining automatic entrance into the inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame.^[3]

“Honoured Member” of the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame.

McKenzie is honored by three different ice hockey leagues, each with trophies bearing his name.
