==Background==
Pacifica is referred to as the "Scrapped Princess", the girl who is cursed from birth to destroy the world on her sixteenth birthday, according to a prophecy from the Church of Mauser. She was abandoned as an infant by her parents, and later adopted by Shannon and Raquel Casull, who have helped raise her until she became fifteen years of age.

==Administration and Staff==
==Family==
[[Principal (school)|Principal]]: Mrs. Saliyiah Cruz<br />
Pacifica is the adopted sister of [[Shannon Casull|Shannon]] and Raquel Casull, who act as her bodyguards throughout their adventure. She also has a twin brother named Forsythe, who is not introduced until episode 4 of the anime<ref>[[Scrapped Princess]] anime, episode 4, Bandai Entertainment.</ref>.
Assistant Principals: Dr. Russ Gallagher and Mr. Parker

West Philadelphia High School has over 162 full time faculty and staff members, including teachers, teaching assistants, non-teaching assistants (NTA's) and maintenance and housekeeping staff. Because of the grand scale of facility, many of the staff and faculty are dived into "communities" that support subdivisions of the student body in various areas of the building.
==Personality==
Pacifica is normally a cheerful person, and has very little trouble making friends. However, due to the public's distrust of her, she has a tendency to break down into tears and blame herself for everyone's suffering. She also has a large appetite, and will not hesitate to ask for something to eat whenever passing from town to town.

West Philadelphia High School has been in the news recently for a number of inspiring activities. Most recently the [[West Philadelphia High School Electric Vehicle Team]] (WPEVP)has been receiving nationwide press over its hybrid race car. In addition, the school is slated to receive a new building to replace the 90 year old structure, one of the oldest school buildings under continuous use in the state, in the next two years as part of a district-wide capitol improvement plan. despite the enthusiasm for a new home, the new construction is not without controversy. The school is currently in one of the most densely populated areas of Philadelphia. Locating the new building has been a two-year process that has involved numerous community meets, planning sessions, and has even necessitated the purchase of an entire city block. Current schedules call for the demolition of a block of apartment building to make way for site preparation.
