Abbdibaqyt Maqulbayev

Äbdibaqyt Tilläbajuly Maqulbajew ( Kazakh Әбдібақыт Тілләбайұлы Мақұлбаев , Russian Абдибакыт Тиллабаевич Макулбаев Abdibakyt Tillabajewitsch Makulbajew * 26. September 1961 in Schanabasar, Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician.

Life

Äbdibaqyt Maqulbajew was born in 1961 in the village of Shanabasar (now Shangabasar). He graduated from the Timiryazev Academy of Agriculture in Moscow with a degree in agricultural science in 1983 .

He began his professional career in the party committees of the Communist Party . Since 1985 he has been the deputy secretary of the Komsomol , the youth organization of the CPSU, in a state farm in the Chimkent Oblast . From 1986 to 1989 he was the first secretary of the District Committee of the Young Communist League of Kazakhstan in Lenin District (now Qasyghurt) and between 1989 and 1992 he was the second secretary of the Regional Committee of the Young Communist League of Kazakhstan in Shymkent . After Kazakhstan's independence from the Soviet Union , Maqulbayev initially worked in regional administration, including as deputy head of the regional department for agriculture. Between 1992 and 1994 he was Vice President of the Management and Marketing Department of the Scharua trading group before he was again head of the regional Agriculture Department. From 1995 to 1998 he was Äkim of Qasyghurt District in South Kazakhstan. He then headed the JuKNIISC company in Shymkent and from 2002 to 2004 he held the position of Äkim in the Saryaghasch district . In the following years he worked for the regional administration, where he worked in the migration department. Between 2012 and 2014 he was Äkim of the Saryaghasch district for the second time.

Since February 17, 2014 he was Äkim (Mayor) of the city of Kentau . He was released from this post on January 14, 2019.
