Åke Blomström
Åke Blomström (born December 31, 1931 , † May 31, 1985 ; also Ake Blomstrom ) was a Swedish radio journalist .
Blomström was the longstanding head of the features department at Sveriges Radio . In his honor, the Åke Blomström Prize ( Ake Blomstrom Memorial Prize ) has been awarded since the late 1980s . The international radio award is jointly awarded by nine European broadcasters.
