Åshild Kanstad Johnsen

Åshild Kanstad Johnsen (born October 23, 1978 in Bergen , Norway ) is a Norwegian author , visual artist and freelance illustrator.

Life

Johnsen trained in visual communication from 2003 to 2008 at the Bergen Art School. She is the daughter of the designer and graphic artist Augon Johnsen (* 1953) and the older sister of the visual artist Mari Kanstad Johnsen, who was born in 1981 . She published her first picture book in 2010 with the title Kubbe lager museum , which was printed in German in 2013.

Johnsen lives and works in Bergen.
