The Ægissíðufoss is a waterfall in the south of Iceland .

It is 1.5 km south of Hella on the ring road and can be reached via Þykkvabæjarvegur . The Ytri-Rangá plunges in a wide arc by 3 meters into the depth to flow further south with the Þverá together as Hólsá into the Atlantic.
