The Çamlıgöze dam ( Turkish Çamlıgöze Barajı ) is located 7 km north of Suşehri in the northern Turkish province of Sivas on the middle reaches of the Kelkit Çayı .
The Çamlıgöze dam was built in the years 1988–1998 below the Kılıçkaya dam . It is operated by the state water authority DSİ and is mainly used to generate energy . The barrier structure of the dam is a stone embankment dam with a clay core . The dam is 32 m high and has a volume of 2.2 million m³. The associated 7 km long reservoir has a water surface of 5 km² and a storage volume of 59 million m³. The Çamlıgöze dam's hydropower plant has an installed capacity of 33 megawatts . The average annual energy production is 102 GWh.
