Çenberci Otomotiv A.Ş. (in English sources Çenberci Group ) is a Turkish company and manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Ömer Çenberci founded the company in 1987 in Izmir as a car dealer for Suzuki vehicles . The development of automobiles began in 2000 and production in either 2001 or 2004. The brand name is either Çenberci or Diardi . According to a source, marketing as Çenberci ended in 2012 .

The only model is the diardi S . This is a Lotus Seven style sports car . With a wheelbase of 257 cm, the vehicle is 365 cm long, 175 cm wide and 107 cm high. The curb weight is specified as 870 kg. The open body offers space for two people. One source names an engine from Fiat . Another source called a four-cylinder engine of 16 valves , 1596 cc displacement and 120 hp power.
