The Île Piton (French for mountain peak island ), also known as Piton Island , is a small and rocky island off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . In the group of the Curzon Islands , it is 160 m southwest of the Île au Guano .

Participants in a French Antarctic expedition that lasted from 1949 to 1951 made a map and named the island after its appearance.
