The Île Saint-Germain is an inland island located in the Seine near Paris and belongs to the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux .
The island was a military area until 1980, when it was divided into two sides, with an 18-hectare regional park on one side and a residence for artists and architects on the other. There is also an allotment garden in this part .
