Óscar Baylón Chacón
Óscar Baylón Chacón (* 1929 in Chihuahua ; † August 10, 2020 in Tijuana ) was a Mexican politician and member of the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).
Baylón was mayor of Tecate from 1949 to 1962 . In 1976 he was elected to the Senate of Mexico, of which he was a member until 1982. From January to October 1989, he was the eighth governor of Baja California .
