The Österreichische Autobahn- und Schnellstraßen-Aktiengesellschaft , or ÖSAG for short , was the successor to the merged Autobahn- und Schnellstraßen-AG , the Pyhrn Autobahn AG , the Tauernautobahn AG and the Wiener Bundesstraßen AG from 1993 to 2005 . ASFINAG and the states of Carinthia , Upper Austria , Salzburg , Styria and Vienna were involved as shareholders . When it was founded, the share capital was 1.44 billion schillings. The main task related to the administration of the allocated roads and the collection of the toll.
