The league consists of six teams. Since the 2015/16 season, they first play a regular round, consisting of three games each (at least one home and away game) against the other teams. The first four qualify for the "Final Four". The first and fourth as well as the second and third of the basic round each play a semi-finals. The winners play for the championship title in the final. Third place is not played out. Instead, it is sent directly to the best placed in the basic round who did not reach the final.
