Ünal Kaymakci
Ünal Kaymakci (born June 20, 1972 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a lawyer in Frankfurt and member of the board of the Islamic Community of Shiite Communities in Germany , Secretary General of the Hazrat Fatima Mosque Association in Frankfurt, and Deputy Chairman of the Islamic Religious Community of Hesse . As a representative of the Muslim community, he is a board member of the Frankfurt Council of Religions .
controversy
In 2007 there were conflicts in the Frankfurt district of Hausen over the planned new construction of a mosque with an attached residential / commercial building. Ünal Kaymakci, as General Secretary of the Hazrat Fatima Mosque Association, said that stepping out of the backyard mosques was a step towards more transparency and normality.
