Čestmír Kalina
Čestmír Kalina (born May 5, 1922 in Prague ; † October 18, 1988 ibid.) Was a Czechoslovak shot putter .
In 1946 he retired at the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in qualifying, and in 1948 he was eighth at the Olympic Games in London .
At the World Festival of Youth and Students , he won gold in 1949 and bronze in 1951.
He was Czechoslovakian champion five times (1945, 1946, 1948–1950). His personal best of 16.06 m he set on September 30, 1951 in Kroměříž .
