Career
İbrahim Ünal started his career at Kasımpaşa Istanbul . Ünal played for Kasımpaşa for two years. In the 1960/61 season, the striker Vefa moved to Istanbul .
As with Kasımpaşa before, Ünal stayed with Vefa for two years. After 64 games and seven goals, he went to Galatasaray Istanbul . In his first season with the yellow-reds , İbrahim Ünal won the Turkish Championship and the Turkish Cup. The Turkish Cup was won again in the following season.
This was followed by two years at MKE Ankaragücü , as well as one-year engagements in the 2nd division at Edirnespor and Aydınspor .
