İhsan Acar

İhsan Acar (* 1975 in Berlin ) is a Turkish author living in Germany .

Acar worked as a project manager in a credit institute. Then he worked in retail . He is the author of the book The Turk: the Original . It was published in 2007 by Deutsches Taschenbuch Verlag . In his book he conveys “what we do not yet know about our compatriots (of Turkish descent)”.

Astrid van Nahl was enthusiastic about a comprehensive review of his book in her publication Europa und die Türken (2008): “What an entertaining, wonderfully readable bridge between two cultures!”.
