A residential building is located at 10 Shorehead in the Scottish town of Portsoy in the Aberdeenshire Council Area . In 1972 the building was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A. Furthermore, together with Corf Warehouse a workshop, the Old Co-Operative Grain Store and the Old Port of Portsoy it is part of a category A monument ensemble .

The three-story residential building was built in 1726 for a merchant. It's on Shorehead, near the Old Harbor, next to the Corf Warehouse.

The building has an L-shaped floor plan. Its main facade, facing the old harbor, is north-east and is five axes wide. It is plastered with Harl , with natural stone surrounds. On the second axis from the left there is a flat, segment-arched gate. Entrance doors flank the gate. Two oval oculi are embedded in the west gable . The gables are designed as a stepped gable . The steeply inclined gable roofs are covered with slate, with the ridge covered with a sandstone cap. On the east side, two dormers with tail gables emerge from the roof.
