15 min ( Lithuanian Penkiolika minučių ) is a free newspaper that has been published since September 1, 2005 in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius , Kaunas or Klaipėda . It was printed as a daily newspaper on weekdays until January 20, 2012 . Since then it has only been published weekly. The weekly newspaper has been published in nine cities since 2012 . You can find the newspaper in public transport, in restaurants and in cafes. "15 min" has 71 employees (2014).

In addition to the newspaper, there is a website under the name 15min.lt , which has been available since August 7, 2008. "15min.tv" (translation via internet) has been available since 2010. In 2011, 15min.lt was the third most visited website in Lithuania. Since February 14, 2012 there is also an English and a Russian website from 15min.lt in addition to the Lithuanian one . According to the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture , the circulation in 2011 was 58,906 copies, and 95,000 on Fridays.

On November 10, 2003 the company UAB 15 minučių was established. It was reorganized on June 28, 2008. The general director of the company was Rytis Budrys from 2010 to 2011, and Tomas Balžekas from 2014. The owner is the Estonian media company Eesti Meedia , which belonged to Schibsted until 2013 . In 2012 the company achieved a turnover of one million euros . In 2014 the Eesti Meedia Group decided to reorganize 15min via the subsidiary Baltic Media Group and to sell it to the media group Žurnalų Leidybos grupė .
