19 Dutch is a skyscraper under construction in New York City that was first unveiled to the public in late 2014.

Construction of the skyscraper began in early May 2015 when the first rebars were placed in the foundation. The tower is 231 meters high and has 63 floors. 19 Dutch is designed as a pure residential tower and is therefore one of the tallest residential buildings in Lower Manhattan . The skyscraper contains 483 apartments.
The building was completed in 2018.
