It belongs to the spectral class T8V; its surface temperature is 600 to 750 Kelvin . As with other brown dwarfs of the spectral class T, methane also dominates in its spectrum . Its position shifts by 2.2553 arc seconds annually due to its own motion . It also has a parallax of (174.34 ± 2.76) milli-arcseconds.
