34mag is a Belarusian online youth magazine published in two languages ​​(Belarusian and Russian). Some materials are also translated into English. Most publications are devoted to art, culture and travel. The editorial office is located in Minsk , the editor-in-chief is Aljaksandr Karnejchuk. The digital music label "Pjarschak" (" Пяршак "; the name means high-quality goods or homemade vodka itself) is also under the patronage of the portal .

history

The magazine was founded by Belarusian journalist Iryna Vidanova after the Belarusian authorities completed their previous project "Studentskaya Dumka" (" Студэнцкая думка "; "student thought" in German) in 2005. The first edition of the new publication was released on CDs in 2006, and in 2009 the project also launched a website.

successes

In 2012 the magazine received the “IPI Free Media Pioneer Award” from the International Press Institute .

At the advertising and communication festival “AD.NAK-2014”, the travel guide “ Рома едзе ” by Roma Svechnikau and 34mag.net was awarded 1st place and Grand Prix in the category of integrated media projects, while the “Limited Edition” took 3rd place Place in the category of socially significant projects and the catalog "Books from Belarus" and the book " Рома едзе " took 2nd place in the category of multi-page publications.
