92nd Infantry Division (Wehrmacht)

The 92nd Infantry Division was a German infantry division during World War II . The division was set up on January 15, 1944 in Nikolsburg (Moravia). In 1944 she was involved in fighting against Western Allied forces in Italy. The 92nd Infantry Division was disbanded on June 20, 1944 and its units were used to refresh the 362nd Infantry Division .
