98 Degrees (also 98 °) is an American boy group .
history
The band was founded in 1997 and today consists of the brothers Nick and Drew Lachey and Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons.
The band signed a recording deal with the Motown record company in the mid-1990s . Her first single Invisible Man and her debut album 98 Degrees were both awarded gold. After releasing their first album, they moved from Motown to Universal Records . Her three following albums all went platinum. In 2000 they recorded the song Thank God I Found You with Mariah Carey and Joe . The single went gold and 98 Degrees was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals category. In 2002, the band members decided to take a break from the band to pursue solo careers and other projects. They returned in 2013. The single Microphone was released on April 2, 2013. The album 2.0 was released on May 7, 2013.
