ACV Records (also Alternative Current) is an Italian techno - label , it was in 1990 by Tony Verde in Rome founded.
Sub-labels
ACV released records under various sub- labels , such as Hot Trax , Out Of Orbit , Blam Records, Under Control or Deep Blaze Records , to which certain stylistic characteristics were assigned. They achieved particular fame with the Alternative Current sub-label , which published experimental, minimalist music, alongside other artists such as Robert Armani and Leo Anibaldi. Some of the publications on Alternative Current are considered style-defining classics of this techno-genre, for example Circus Bells by Robert Armani. The name ACV is often understood and used synonymously with Alternative Current .
