history
ANA Holdings was formed on April 1, 2013 through the restructuring of All Nippon Airways. According to ANA, the reasons for this were, among other things, a better overview of the group and the possibility of self-administration within the respective companies. In April 2015, the previous CEO Shinichiro Ito was replaced by Shinya Katanozaka.
